Seminars and Trainings

Skopje, September 2010

On 22 and 23 September 2010 a seminar will be held at the Directorate for Security of Classified Information on “Classified Tenders for Procurement of Classified Goods and Services, Classified Contracts and Facility Security Certificates”. Representatives of private companies and organs of state administration which handle classified information related to the industrial security will take part in the seminar.

Skopje, May 2009

In May 2009, the Directorate for Security of Classified Information organized training for the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia taking up positions in the diplomatic and consular offices of the Republic of Macedonia in foreign countries.

Ohrid, April 2009

In April 2009 in Ohrid, the Administration for Security and Counter Intelligence within the Ministry of Interior organized a seminar for training the representatives of the services accomplishing the vetting procedures. Upon a request of the organizer, the DSCI Director held a lecture on the vetting procedures and issuing of security clearance certificates.

Brussels, March 2009

In March 2009, representatives of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information organized training for handling classified information for the employees at the Mission of the Republic of Macedonia to NATO in Brussels.

Skopje, February 2009

In February 2009, as part of the regular obligations, the Directorate for Security of Classified Information conducted a security briefing for the employees at the Prime Court Gostivar.

Brussels, January 2009

In January 2009, representatives of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information organized training for handling classified information for the employees of the Mission of the Republic of Macedonia to the European Community in Brussels.

Skopje, January 2008

In January 2009, the Directorate for Security of Classified Information conducted a control visit to the Financial Police in order to inspect the conditions for handling classified information, as well as to conduct a short training for the personnel handling classified information.

Strumitsa, Ostomber 2008

In October 2008 in Strumitsa, upon a request by the Ministry of Interior - Administration for Security and Counter Intelligence, the Directorate for Security of Classified Information conducted two-day training for handling classified information for technical documentarists and analysts from the Central and the regional units of the Administration.

Gostivar, September 2008

In September 2009, the Directorate for Security of Classified Information organized training for handling classified information for the employees at the Prime Court Gostivar.

Skopje, July 2008

In July 2008, in assistance of the realization of the CIVILPOL project led by the Ministry of Interior, the Directorate for Security of Classified Information conducted training for the CIVILPOL representatives in the Republic of Macedonia about the national laws and regulations in place for handling of classified information. After the training, access permits were issued to the trainees for access to national classified information, which facilitated the implementation of their project on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
